The Danish Mask Study which nobody wanted to publish is out....
James Todaro says:
"BREAKING: Danish mask study that JAMA, NEJM & Lancet REFUSED to publish was just published in Annals of Internal Medicine.
In the largest randomized controlled trial to date w/ 6,024 subjects, medical masks were NOT effective protection against infection.
The difference in rates of infection between the control group (no masks) and medical mask wearers was 2.1% vs 1.8%, respectively.
Odds Ratio CI was 0.54 to 1.23, P=0.33.
No significant difference.

That explains why no-one wanted to publish it!
You can read the study here:
We knew this, didn't we? From all the research that we have been doing for months, and the independent experts (not funded by Big Pharma) that we have been following. We knew they were useless.
However, there might be more to the story..... El Gato Malo on Twitter suggests that some things may have been left out.....Apparently there were a significant number of measures for adverse events:
bacteria, psychological, full healthcare, sick leave, infection in the household, other hospital diagnostics, etc.
NONE of these are included in the study. He says, 'to leave out essentially ALL your measured secondary outcomes is just plain weird', and has a theory:
"it's just an intuition, but i have a real nagging sense that there is more to this story.
i think they did a deal to get it published: we take out the scary part and make it plain-oatmeal bland and you publish it and we protect our careers and grant $."
'El Gato Malo' is not some random individual, by the way, he actually designs medical studies and trials. You can read the thread here.
